Born and raised in the capital city of Georgetown, Guyana, Ms. Favorite was immersed in the medical field from an early age. Her background spans both administrative roles and giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and needs within the healthcare industry.
Her journey into wound care began from a deeply personal place. After witnessing the inadequate treatment of close family members during their wound care experiences, she was driven to make a difference. Motivated by love and loss, she saw an urgent need for better quality care and decided to be part of the solution.
